The Women’s Nike Air Force 1 “Metallic Gold” is the iconic low-top sneaker in a flashy and luxurious colorway. Releasing as part of Nike’s “Liquid Metal” collection of Air Force 1 Lows, the look features a premium, shiny gold leather finish applied to the entire upper. A tonal outlined Swoosh covers the mid-panel, while the heel features classic Nike Air detailing in a darker hue. Tonal laces and a mini “AF1” emblem on the throat of the shoe are complimented by a white midsole with Air branding on the heel. As with almost every shoe I buy, I go a size up or two since they usually don't accommodate for wide feet, but they are absolutely amazing to wear if you're just upgrading from any basic retailer shoe from payless, footlocker, famous footwear, etc. If you have a drastically low arch, you may be looking for something more support as well.

I deal with almost no arch at all and it's a start but you might want a larger support since it feels really small for me, I'm a size 11.

they run small and the tongue is somewhat flimsy making it hard to position right before lacing. I noticed that there is extra material on my right shoe where the tongue is sewn on. this is noticeable and quite annoying when I run. for lighting weights though, its not too bad.
