No matter how far Michael Jordan has come, he’ll always pay homage to his alma mater, thee University of North Carolina. The Air Jordan 11 Low “UNC” features the familiar motif in “University Blue”, a Tar Heels-inspired colorway that’s a slight deviation from the “Columbia Blue” hue we’re accustomed to seeing. Originally released in 2001, this low-top version of the silhouette is noted for its use of patent leather on the mudguard. The upper is constructed with a plush white leather. Jumpman branding is stitched on the heel, along with the number 23 printed on it. A matching white midsole and an icy translucent outsole completes the look.

I just love these shoes. First pair came from Shoes.com and this pair were cheaper. Really comfortable when I do my 3 mile walk. I alternate shoes for my walk nothing is wrong with the shoes they are great.

I wear a 9 to 9 1/2 depending on the shoe. I purchased this shoe in a 9 1/2 and it is a little bit short with ankle socks. Like the shoe and otherwise comfortable.

Very comfortable straight out of the box. I wear mens 5.5; I ordered Euro 39 (mens 5-5.5) and these are just a little long in the toes. But the toe is a little pointy, which accounts for the perception that they are long for the size. The arch support is in exactly the right place. The heel cup and width are great, soles are comfortable. The color and look is great, I can wear these with jeans on the weekends or with wool trousers at the office. And the traction on packed snow is pretty good. The only thing I would like to change, I can't. I do not much care for the wide, flat shoelaces. To me they look a little sloppy on these shoes. But the forward eyelets are thin slots, so your options are limited in replacing the laces.

This is my third pair in this series. I have a canvas needed pair that are grey and these leather sneakers that are virtually identical. I prefer the leather for sure but obviously I baby the white shoes. The leather is soft and luxurious and actually very soft.

I purchased the brown color for my guy. He loves them. They are very nice. These shoes also feel like walking on soft squishy cloud, as I was told. They look good and feel good. What more do you need?

I like the shoes. They're a little stiff at first because of the thick, rigid soles, but that will work for me as I walk at least 100 miles per week, so I'm looking for durability. I'll break them in slowly to avoid foot problems. I expect these to be my winter walking shoes.

Good foot and arch support, which I need, because my feet were surgically repaired years ago and I have lots of foot problems.
