If you are looking for that OLD school So Cal Vato Loco look. Then you have arrived!
They are thin top material. Flat sole (inside) borderline cheesy, but I love them! Little step on heel has a little cush. So flimsy, can slip them on while they are tied. Convenient, with that classic look. No running Holmes.

I like the shoes. They're a little stiff at first because of the thick, rigid soles, but that will work for me as I walk at least 100 miles per week, so I'm looking for durability. I'll break them in slowly to avoid foot problems. I expect these to be my winter walking shoes.

Good foot and arch support, which I need, because my feet were surgically repaired years ago and I have lots of foot problems.
