The Nike Air Max 1 LV8 “Dark Teal Green” is a premium version of the retro running shoe that trades the model’s original mesh and suede construction for a leather composition. An April 2021 release by Nike, the “Dark Teal Green” is arranged in a tri-color design similar to the original color block of classic Air Max 1s. Moreover, the “Dark Teal Green” succeeds the release of another Air Max 1 LV8 (or “Elevate''), January 2021’s “Obsidian” colorway. White tumbled leather appears on the toe, forefoot, and collar. Grey leather contrasts the design on the forefoot, mid-panel, and heel. A Dark Teal Green leather Swoosh resides on both sides of the shoe. The same green detailing appears on the buttery leather mudguard. A “Nike Air” logo is stitched onto the heel and a clear Air bubble can be found in the heel of the white midsole. I have the size 8. They weigh 1#, so not that lightweight, but they have a rubber sole, instead of plastic, which you find in so many of the super lightweight shoes.

Nice non-skid tread on the bottom. Canvas upper. The footbed offers very firm padding. Nice arch support. Some padding around the ankle.

I have the olive green color. Really great color indeed. They look just like the listing pictures.

Though Chrome is a U.S. brand . . . These shoes are Made in China. At the current price of over 100 bucks. . . they are quite pricey. . .But. . . The look to be quite well made, and I really like them.

Skechers makes some nice shoes. The fit and feel of these shoes was that of quality materials and craftsmanship. Skechers tend to run a bit large for the stated size. I'm a 9.5 (mens US), but I can often wear a 9 in Skechers. This shoe (bone) looks great with flare-leg blue jeans.

It's funny how things go - these shoes I might have worn two decades ago. They have that slacker feel (in a good way, of course). Very comfortable, very simple. Size is absolutely dead on. I'm a 13 in sneakers, mostly because of width, but I can often take a 12 in boots. These look fairly thin, but not ugly-thin like a lot of sneakers, but the comfort width-wise is there, and my ankles don't come up in the back, so the fit is just right.

Seems like the price swings wildly from one size to the next. These are some shoes I'd snap up if my size happens to be on the cheap end!

This shoe in size 13 fits me as expected/true to size. They're pretty comfortable. I really like them. I left off one star just because there's a spot on the side that looks a little wrinkled but its only minor. I want the other colors now 👍
