The Women’s Air Jordan 5 “Bluebird” is a women’s-only colorway of the vintage basketball shoe that was released in October 2021. The “Bluebird” variation of Michael Jordan’s fifth signature shoe treats the early ‘90s performance basketball design to a easy-on-the-eyes, monochromatic light blue makeover. Plush Bluebird-colored suede appears on the upper, save for the semi-translucent netting on the mid-panel and lower tongue. The laces and eyelets are designed in the same light blue hue. A grey Jumpman is embroidered on the heel and a blue Jumpman is found on the top of the reflective silver tongue. The clear lace lock and blue toggle are true-to-original design components of the Air Jordan 5. Silver shark tooth detailing is painted on the midsole. An icy blue outsole completes the look. I love these shoes. They fit great and they look good too. I have a narrow foot, so I can't tell you if they are tight. I have never put a pair of shoes and thought they were too narrow. I will probally buy another pair of a different color.

Months later I still love my two pairs of these shoes. (I have one pair that are smaller that I use for general around town wear, and a 1/2 size larger I use for longer walks) I often put them on when I get home from a long hike/walk and they are very comfortable to spend the rest of the day in because of the way they spread your toes out. They are great for walking on rocks because the 'blocks' on the bottom stick like glue. But wet they are very slippery. And it takes a while for them to dry out. The sole is about worn out on one of my pairs but there are no holes anywhere in the shoe, not even between the toes where the material seems very thin. My longest walk in them has been 10 miles on a paved bike trail.

I'm bumping my review up to 5 stars for having performed so well over the long run.

I just love these shoes. First pair came from Shoes.com and this pair were cheaper. Really comfortable when I do my 3 mile walk. I alternate shoes for my walk nothing is wrong with the shoes they are great.

I like the shoes. They're a little stiff at first because of the thick, rigid soles, but that will work for me as I walk at least 100 miles per week, so I'm looking for durability. I'll break them in slowly to avoid foot problems. I expect these to be my winter walking shoes.

Good foot and arch support, which I need, because my feet were surgically repaired years ago and I have lots of foot problems.
