The Air Jordan 1 High “Turbo Green” is a unique colorway for the classic Michael Jordan signature shoe that released as part of the 2019 NBA All-Star collection from Nike and Jordan Brand. The washed leather upper in Turbo Green and white pays tribute to the classic Charlotte Hornets team colors, the host team for the 2019 All-Star game, and gives the shoe a vintage look. A gold and purple Nike logo is found on the tongue, and alternate purple laces are included to add to the Hornets vibe. The upper also features a new detail that appeared on select pairs of Air Jordan 1's in 2019: text of the model name and season of release printed on the midfoot. I bought these for my fiance and he adores these shoes. He was been begging for the solid grey ones for a while now and I thought I would surprise him with these. The fit is spot on and they are perfect for him at work, the gym, etc... Super comfy and they match most outfits as well.

However I never really enjoy them until now. I have difficulty with my legs and feet, and need to pay special attention to them. Walking, with a cane now, is not what it used to be. While I could walk 5 miles and never be concerned, I smashed my left ankle several years ago, and walking isn't that easy anymore. These shoes by Rockport not only fit right out of the box but were so comfortable I am enjoying my walks every day. I think they look great, but Rockport provides many choices. I highly recommend these shoes.

If you’re looking for lightweight shoes. . . These are not for you. They have a weight of 13.33oz each. The heavier weight is due to the fact that the sole is rubber, and not plastic. The sole is certainly non-skid. There is nice padding on the footbed, and “reasonable” arch support. Unfortunately, there is very little padding around the ankle area. But the overall construction is fine.

I hate it when a listing, such as this, shows “Made in the USA or imported”. Believe me. . .Very few shoes are Made in the USA. . .. These. . . Like soooooooooooo many others. . . are Made in China. At the current price of 100 bucks, they are at least 75 bucks overpriced. But you’re paying a high surcharge for the brand name. Granted, these shoes are much better than the super cheap Chinese shoes you will find on Amazon being sold by Chinese companies.
