I initially bought these for a trip involving long walks over hilly, cobblestone streets. They held up very well (and thanks to these shoes, so did I). There was very little evidence of wear, and they are still in great condition. I will continue to wear them as good casual walking shoes. I indicated that the shoes fit "as expected," but I should add that I usually wore them with heavy socks. Had I been wearing thin socks, I would consider them "somewhat wide," but still a good, comfortable shoe.

These shoes are very nice, super confortable, well constructed but a little small. I'm size 15 but these feels like 14 1/2. Besides that, couldn't ask for more. Order 1/2 size up to get exact fit.
