The upper sports a stealthy black nubuck material with contrasting bright orange premium tumbled leather on the jack-o-lantern shaped perforations on the toe box. A purple spider web sits on the mid-panel, playing up on the Halloween motif. A bold contrasting orange leather Swoosh is located on the mid-panel with purple laces and a purple spider hanging from a web on the lateral panel of the shoe. “Trick” and “Treat” cover the left and right heels, respectively, in lime green lettering with two white ghosts appearing on the inner tongue lining. Tried these New Balance shoes for an extended travel overseas and they were just perfect. They were lightweight for all day wear and very comfortable. Mine was half a size larger than what I would normally wear. The only issue was that the laces were very long (probably would have better if I had laced it through the last two holes) and would sometimes come loose.

I always buy my shoes extra wide. I've bought many New Balance shoes in the 4E. These are marked and tagged 4E, however when I put them on, they are not as wide as any other wide shoe I've bought. I'm hoping that they'll break in a bit (likely) and I love the way they look. So I'll keep them.

Very clean and stylish shoe! Comfortable and light. I did think it ran a bit large (long) for what I typically order. It is quite low cut around the ankles... keep that in mind when buying socks.

I ordered these Alpine Swiss Stuart men's chunky sneakers. They fit him real well but he says there's not a lot of flexibility to them. Feel stiff. Maybe after awhile they'll have some give. I did a review on these months ago but didn't realize my pics in my tablet were malfunctioning and took my data too. So...I apologize for this delay. But hubby likes them and that's all that matters!
